Believe in a woman’s body’s ability to grow and birth her baby with minimal intervention. I am merely a facilitator in your birth. I am there to monitor that everything is safe and then guide you if and when necessary. I offer home and birth unit births. I am extremely passionate about homebirths and believe it gives an expectant mother an opportunity to birth in an emotionally supported environment. I look forward to walking this incredible journey with you.
I qualified as a nurse and midwife in 2013. I did my community service at Rahima Moosa Mother and Child Hospital. I really wanted to work in labour and delivery so i then went to work at Genesis clinic. This is where I got exposed to private practice. I joined a renowned midwife in her practice and from there I gained lots of experience into running a private practice. It was a lovely opportunity to be mentored and ease into private practice on my own.
